SOURCE: FC Porto chairman Pinto da Costa has indicated that striker Lisandro López is indispensable to the club and won't leave Estádio do Dragão in the summer... The Argentine international, who scored both goals in yesterday's 2-0 win over SL Benfica, is reportedly a target for a host of clubs all over Europe, with Sevilla and Portsmouth thought to be the latest names interested in his signature. López has scored 24 goals in 25 league appearances for Porto this season, having become the club's best goal-scorer since Jardel in 1999/2000, and he is believed to have many offers on the table. However, da Costa has quashed such speculation, saying that he is not willing to negotiate a move for the 25-year-old. "I do not have to think of reasons to keep a player that is ours, who has a contract and is happy to be here," he explained. "No offer has arrived and even if it does, it won't be analyzed. There are players for us that are non-negotiable, and Lisandro is one of them." López joined FC Porto from Racing Club in 2005 for €2.5 million, and his agent, Fernando Hidalgo, has said that it will take a deal in the region of €15 million for his client to switch teams.
