was a good run but it was made a lot easier by fundamental defensive mistakes and lack of positioning.

His cut inside was very well done. The clerance into his boot the resulted in the goal was a error but his run and cut was real good. Only 18. Will hopefully continue to get better.

yeah nice turn, but it was only the terrible defending that made it possible. Look at 1.00 into the clip, there's no way the second defender should be making that run he is, the only thing he could have done to made it easier is to point to the gigantic free space like "go that way mate, i cleared it for you"

Well melbourne lost 2-0 last night. Was always gonna be hard when we just had a 1 day break from a 120 min match marathon in sydney.

Dissapointed at the afc at not changeing the game to today instead of yesterday as our oponents had a 9 day break and only play next on sunday so playing it today wouldn't have affected them

Dispite having 4 starting 11 players out we did ok and really should have scored and had 2 penalties awarded but what can you do. Again an aussie is the one that scores against us lol.

What a win by adelaide united last night. It pains me to say this about such a big rival but boy are they playing some nice football.

Melbourne beat kawasaki 1-0. Finally our first win after kawasaki beat us 4-0 last week.

Mitch langerak was by far the MOM and Bosnich is right, He is a future socceroo. Just outstanding.

Also was good to see the australian/portuguese diogo ferreira finally make his debut for melbourne. His still young but has spent time with the porto youth team. His a local boy growning up in green gully but high expectations on him.
